In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these terms precisely is important because they form the basis of the entire agreement between you and jzi86.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on jzi86, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are 18 years of age or older. jzi86 does not accept registrations from individuals under the legal adult age in their jurisdiction.
• You are accessing jzi86 as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of jzi86, nor a close family member or household member of any such individual.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from jzi86 under any self-exclusion request, administrative suspension, or closure for breach of these terms.
• Your use of jzi86 is solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. You are not using the platform in any professional betting capacity that could constitute market abuse.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk, and you are betting only funds that you can afford to lose without affecting your standard of living.

jzi86 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

jzi86 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect potential underage access and to enforce these eligibility requirements. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously and co-operate fully with any relevant legal or regulatory inquiry on this matter.

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one account on jzi86. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jzi86 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus balances.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jzi86 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your jzi86 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. jzi86 will take prompt action to secure your account upon receipt of a verified notification. Until such notification is received, jzi86 cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player's own negligence contributed to the breach.

jzi86 does not permit accounts to be transferred, sold, or gifted to another individual. Any attempt to transfer account ownership — including sharing login details for another person to play on your behalf — may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on jzi86 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jzi86 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although jzi86 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its discretion. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly. Bank card deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. jzi86 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. All withdrawals require the player's KYC verification to be completed and approved. jzi86 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit and is registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have wagered the deposited amount at least once (1x rollover). Withdrawals requested during an active bonus promotion may be subject to the specific wagering requirements of that promotion. jzi86 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected — and to notify relevant authorities where required by law.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or card provider while maintaining an active jzi86 account balance is considered a breach of these terms. jzi86 reserves the right to recover the equivalent of any chargeback amount from the player's account balance and to close the account permanently.

All games available on jzi86 — including live dealer games, slot titles, sports betting markets, Super Wheel, and Monster Triple — are governed by their respective individual game rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live casino games on jzi86 use certified Random Number Generator software to determine game outcomes. Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the odds at that moment are locked.

Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection, server error, or technical failure mid-game, jzi86 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. jzi86 is not liable for losses caused by third-party network issues on the player's end.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction that produces an incorrect result, jzi86 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Payouts generated as a result of a recognised malfunction are not valid and will be reversed. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across all jzi86 game products.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jzi86. Engaging in any of the below conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using jzi86 as a vehicle to obscure the origin of funds, layer transactions, or integrate illegally obtained money into the financial system. jzi86 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting — for example, sharing hole cards or co-ordinating bets.

• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in place of genuine human play.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability to gain an advantage not available through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks with the intent to retain both the chargeback funds and any associated winnings.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jzi86 staff, agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using jzi86 for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by jzi86, including operating affiliate schemes without agreement, reselling account access, or advertising third-party services to other players.

jzi86 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that reviews accounts flagged for potential policy violations. Where a breach is confirmed, jzi86 will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of legitimate players.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your jzi86 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Active bonuses and bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, jzi86 strongly encourages you to use our self-exclusion tools available within your account settings. jzi86-Initiated Suspension: jzi86 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions. During a suspension, the player may not be able to access their balance, place bets, or request withdrawals. jzi86 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player within a reasonable time frame, subject to any legal or investigatory constraints.

jzi86-Initiated Closure: jzi86 may permanently close an account in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; confirmed fraudulent activity; confirmed money laundering or financial crime; confirmed underage gambling; refusal to comply with KYC requirements; account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months combined with a zero balance.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, jzi86 will attempt to contact the player via registered email. After 24 months of inactivity with a zero balance, the account may be closed without further notice. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be held for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping standards, and the player may reclaim their balance by completing identity verification.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, these Terms & Conditions will cease to govern new activity but will continue to apply to all historical transactions, disputes, and any obligations that arose before closure. Any outstanding debt owed to jzi86 at the time of closure remains recoverable.
